Wash Care :

•  Before washing, always check the care label on the saree for specific instructions. Some silk sarees may have specific washing recommendations based on the type of silk or embellishments.

•  If there are any stains on the saree, spot-treat them before washing using a gentle stain remover or a mild detergent diluted in water. Gently dab the stained area with a soft cloth or sponge.

•  Avoid using hot water, as it can damage the silk fibers. Fill a basin or sink with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Swirl the water to dissolve the detergent.

•  Lay the saree flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Avoid hanging silk sarees, as they can stretch out of shape. Keep the saree away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can fade the colors.

•  Once the saree is completely dry, iron it on the lowest heat setting using a pressing cloth or a cotton cloth placed between the iron and the saree to protect the delicate fabric.

•  Store the soft silk saree in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid folding the saree along creases to prevent permanent wrinkles. Instead, loosely roll the saree and store it in a breathable garment bag or tissue paper.
