Refund Policy

• Refunds are not entertained; instead, exchanges or credit notes are offered.
• Exchange is applicable for damaged fabric, unfit size, or damaged jewels.
• Exchange items must be of similar or higher value.
• Credit notes can be issued if the exchange is delayed.
• Refunds are not issued for delayed shipments during festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions.
• Refunds are not issued for canceled orders.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for items with damaged fabric, unfit size, or damaged jewels.
• Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned with original tags, in their original box packing, and accompanied by the invoice.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of perfume, deodorant, detergent, makeup, or tan marks.
• Sarees with removed blouse fabric pieces will not be accepted for return.
• Altered outfits are not eligible for return.
• International orders are not eligible for returns.
