Terms & Conditions

• Standard sizes are used for sarees, blouses, and dresses.
• Exchange is applicable only for damaged fabric, unfit size, or damaged jewels.
• Exchange must be requested within 15 days, with original tags, invoice, and in their original box packing.
• Exchange item must be of similar or higher value.
• Credit note can be issued if the exchange is delayed.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of perfume, deodorant, detergent, makeup, or tan marks.
• Refunds and cancellations are not entertained.
• Altered outfits are not eligible for exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipments could be delayed during festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions. Assured delivery date is not guaranteed.
